Behind the Dream

Founded by a group of friends continually dedicated to theatre, this company strives to create a platform for emerging artists and produce shows that may not otherwise be produced commercially. With a focus on applying unique pedagogy and formal training as well as innovative perspectives, we want to bring quality productions and engage with our local community.

With directors classically trained in acting and having a multi-disciplinary team, innovation is the name of the game.

The Frisco Artist Collective was established in April 2024 and opened its inaugural show on July 12th, 2024. It could not have been possible without some very special people:

Jonathan Mathew, Kyla O’Connor, Madeleine Blaufuss, and Reena Koickal for set construction; Luke Morgan as a patron donor; Leny Koickal for stage management and technical designs; Jason Vaile for props sourcing;
